Every company gets its own HumanR address, so there is no single login page to send you to. Enter your work email and we will email you the one that belongs to you.

Which email do you use at work?

Use the address your employer set you up with — the one your payslips and leave approvals arrive at. A personal address will usually not match.

We only use this address to send you the link. We never say on this page whether an address is registered — the answer goes to your inbox instead.

What to expect

  • The answer comes by email

    This page shows the same message whichever way it went. That is deliberate: anyone can type an address in here, and telling the page whether it matched would let a stranger work out where you and your colleagues work.

  • It may list more than one

    If you work for two companies that both use us, both are in the email. They are separate accounts with separate passwords — that is the design, not a mistake.

  • It does not reset anything

    The email lists sign-in pages and nothing else. Your password and your account are untouched, so it is safe to ignore one you did not ask for.

Still stuck?

Your HR administrator can always tell you the address, and can reset your password — we cannot do that for you, because your account lives in your employer's own system rather than in ours.
