يتم حساب الإجازة السنوية بأيام قابلة للتطبيق - امتداد التقويم للإجازة ناقص الجمع والعطل الرسمية بداخله. يتم طرح العطلة الرسمية التي تقع في يوم جمعة مرة واحدة، وليس مرتين، وهي القاعدة التي تحدد ما إذا تم حساب إجازة العيد بشكل صحيح.
يتم إعادة تعيين الرصيد في ذكرى تاريخ التحاقك، ولا يوجد نقل - تكسب الاستحقاق الجديد كل دورة. أدخل رصيدك الحالي وتاريخ التحاقك وإجازة، وتحسب هذه الحاسبة ما تبقى. تعمل نفس القواعد داخل النظام، لذا فإن الرقم هنا سيطابق سجل الإجازات في HumanR.
