Payroll and leave calculators that show their working

Free tools for the payroll and leave figures people actually get wrong in the Maldives: take-home pay, pension, withholding tax, service charge, gratuity, what a trip costs a leave balance, and which public holidays can still move. No sign-up, and they run entirely in your browser — nothing you type is sent anywhere.

Each calculator runs the same arithmetic as the product itself, and every build re-checks them against the product's own test cases. If a calculator here disagreed with a payslip our software produced, the build would fail before the page shipped.

A calculator is not a payroll

Every figure on these pages is an estimate on the numbers you type. A real month depends on who is registered for pension, which of your allowances are taxable, who joined halfway through, who was on unpaid leave, and which currency each package is paid in. That is the work — and it is the reason a spreadsheet that handles fifty people stops handling five hundred.

None of these pages is tax or legal advice. Check anything material against the relevant authority's own guidance.

See the same rules applied to a roster

The payroll guide documents how a run is built, line by line, and the payroll module covers what it does across a whole company. Both are open — no sign-in.
