Expat & Work Permit Management
Visas, permits, quota and tickets — the expat lifecycle, handled
Running an expat-heavy workforce means immigration paperwork is an operational dependency, not an HR chore. HumanR tracks work permit quota, visa status, ticket entitlements and the full recruitment pipeline from request to arrival — so nobody's legal status ever takes you by surprise.

Capabilities
What you get
6 capabilities
Work permit quota tracking
Quota blocks by company and occupation with live used/available counts and expiry dates — know exactly how many hires each category can absorb.
Visa & permit lifecycle
Every expat's visa, permit and passport tracked with expiry dates feeding compliance dashboards and reports — and a nightly check that alerts your immigration officer at 90, 60, 30 and 7 days out rather than waiting to be asked.
Agency mobilisation pipeline
The route where you name the heads you need and an agency finds them: vacancy request, approval, selection, offer, processing, entry pass, visa, arrival, onboarded — one ordered pipeline replacing the recruitment status spreadsheet. Direct sourcing through your own advert is the other route, and it has its own board under hiring.
Agency coordination
Track which agency owns each candidate, what stage they're at, and how long they've been stuck there.
Ticket entitlements
Home-ticket eligibility and intervals tracked per employee and settled automatically as part of leave and payroll.
Arrival to onboarding hand-off
Arrivals flow straight into structured onboarding checklists, so day-one paperwork never gets skipped.
Straight from the product
Real screens from the demo company — the same system your login opens.

Does it understand occupation-based quota?
Yes — quota is tracked per permit block and occupation line, with counts of slots used and remaining, plus expiry tracking on the quota itself.
Can we see everyone whose permit expires soon?
One report: every current employee with permits or visas expiring inside your alert window, ready to hand to your immigration officer. You don't have to go looking, either — the nightly expiry check pushes the same list to whoever holds employee management, and to Slack or Teams if you've pointed a webhook there.
Do open vacancies count against quota?
Open seats in the mobilisation pipeline are visible alongside quota availability, so you can plan hires against real capacity.
How does this relate to the applicant tracking system?
They are the two ways someone becomes an employee here, and they converge rather than compete. This pipeline handles agency mobilisation, where the tracking that matters is quota, entry pass, visa and arrival date. The ATS handles direct sourcing — your advert, your applicants, your interviews. An ATS opening marked as an expat role does not create an employee when the candidate accepts; it creates a request on this pipeline at offer-signed, so the immigration work still happens in the place built for it.
