Terms of service

These terms cover your use of this website and of the free demo accounts we provision from it. By using the site or a demo account, you accept them. If you become a HumanR customer, your subscription will be governed by a separate agreement — these terms cover the public site and demo only.

Demo accounts

• Demo accounts are personal, free of charge, and provided so you can evaluate HumanR. Don't share your credentials or resell access.
• The demo company contains fabricated sample data only. Demo access is read-only and the environment resets periodically — anything you enter can disappear at any time without notice.
• Do not enter real personal data (yours or anyone else's) into the demo.
• We may suspend or remove demo accounts at any time — for abuse, after a period of inactivity, or as part of a routine reset.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to breach, probe or overload the site or the demo environment, access data or accounts that aren't yours, or use either to send spam or anything unlawful. Automated scraping of the demo application is not permitted.

Intellectual property

The HumanR software, this website, and their content (text, screenshots, videos, design) belong to HumanR. Evaluating the demo gives you no licence to the software beyond that evaluation. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve the product without obligation to you.

No warranty

The website and demo are provided "as is", for evaluation. We work hard to keep them accurate and available, but we make no warranties about uptime, fitness for a particular purpose, or the sample data shown. Nothing on this site is legal, tax or payroll-compliance advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HumanR is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or a demo account. Our total liability in connection with either is limited to the amount you paid to use them — which, for the free site and demo, is zero.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product and site evolve; the "last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
