Capabilities

What you get

7 capabilities

ZKTeco device integration

iClock/ADMS-protocol devices push fingerprint, face and card punches straight to the system in real time — no middleware, no USB sticks.

Multi-site device fleet

Register devices per work site, monitor their status, and consolidate punches across every island, office and vessel.

Automatic daily rollups

First-in / last-out, punch counts and day status computed automatically for every employee, every day.

Overtime & Friday rules

OT hours and Friday attendance calculated by configurable rates per site and fed directly into payroll.

Late-arrival policy, if you run one

Cutoff time, grace minutes, which salary figure the fine derives from and how minutes round — set per site, overridable per employee, and off entirely until you switch it on.

HR corrections with audit

Missed punches can be corrected manually — with reason and author recorded, so the record stays trustworthy.

Absence feeds payroll

Absence and unpaid days flow into the payroll run automatically, splitting absence, sick and leave days correctly.

Questions

Which devices are supported?

ZKTeco terminals speaking the iClock/ADMS push protocol — the most common biometric devices in the region. Devices are whitelisted by serial number.

What happens if a site loses internet?

Devices buffer punches locally and push them when connectivity returns; rollups recompute automatically.

Can overtime rules differ per site?

Yes — OT and Friday rates are configurable per work site, and the payroll engine picks up whatever the site defines. A salary package can override the site for an individual, so an exception doesn't force you to invent a new site.

Do you impose a late-arrival fine policy?

No. Late fines are off by default and every parameter is yours: the on-time cutoff, the grace minutes, the multiplier, the number of days the monthly wage is spread over, which salary figure the fine derives from, and how part-minutes round. Set it at site level, override it per employee, or never turn it on at all.
