يتم بناء الراتب الصافي بترتيب محدد: يتم خصم التقاعد من الراتب الأساسي الكامل، يتم خصم الضريبة من ما تبقى، ثم يتم طرح الأيام غير المدفوعة أخيراً. الترتيب مهم - اخطئ به والشهر الذي يضم ثلاثة أيام غير مدفوعة يبدو أرخص من شهر مشغول تماماً.
