Whether this is the basic alone or the basic plus fixed allowances is a contractual question, not a statutory one.
30 is the common convention. Some contracts use 26 working days instead, which produces a larger daily wage and a larger benefit.

Nothing is due. Maldivian law mandates no end-of-service benefit, so this stays at zero until a company sets a rate of its own.
This is the honest default, not a broken calculator. Pick a rate above to model a benefit your company has actually promised — but a Maldivian employer with no such clause in its contracts owes nothing here.
An estimate of a contractual benefit, not a statement of entitlement. Accrued leave paid out on separation, notice pay and any final-month adjustments are separate calculations.
