Фонд платы за обслуживание на объекте удерживается на 1 % для администрации, затем распределяется между сотрудниками. Этот калькулятор рассчитывает, сколько составляет каждая доля, если распределение равное или если оно взвешено по отработанным дням в этом месяце.
Логика важна — и гарантия так же важна. Доли всегда в точности суммируются в фонд: HumanR распределяет до лари, поэтому фонд в МВР 5 000, распределённый между пятью сотрудниками, никогда не оставляет затеряной руфии.

Отдел кадров может исключить кого-либо из месяца без изменения его записи. Снятие отметки с сотрудника перераспределяет один и тот же фонд между оставшимися, поэтому общая выплаченная сумма не меняется.
Доли всегда в точности суммируются в фонд. Остаток лари от деления распределяется по одному одновременно, поэтому фонд никогда не недостаёт и никогда не переполнен.
