Um fundo de taxa de serviço em uma propriedade é retido 1% para administração, depois dividido entre o pessoal. Esta calculadora elabora o que cada compartilhamento chega se a divisão for igual, ou se for ponderada por dias trabalhados naquele mês.
O funcionamento é importante — e a garantia é tão importante quanto. As compartilhas nunca somam um pouco mais ou um pouco menos do que o fundo: HumanR aloca até o laari, portanto um fundo de 5.000 dividido em cinco nunca deixa um rufia rogue não contabilizado.
